Return & Refund Policy
At BrandCart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we offer a comprehensive return policy.
Return Eligibility
Items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- Item is unused and in original condition
- Original packaging is intact
- All documentation and certificates are included
- Item has not been worn, altered, or damaged by the buyer
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items purchased at auction (finality of auction sale)
- Custom or personalized items
- Items that show signs of wear or use
- Items past the 14-day return window
Return Process
- Contact our customer service within 14 days of delivery
- Obtain a return authorization number (RMA)
- Ship the item back to us at the address provided (prepaid shipping label included)
- Upon inspection and approval, process your refund within 5-7 business days
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
