Condition Disputes

Returns
Returns are accepted only for verified authenticity issues. All cases resolved within 14 business days.
Once placed, bids are binding contracts. Please bid only what you intend to pay. If you believe an error has occurred, contact our support team immediately after placing the bid.

Before You Bid
Register & top up your wallet first
Identity verification is required before bidding. You must have sufficient wallet balance — 40% of your bid amount is locked as a deposit and automatically released after the auction closes.
Your total includes premium & tax
Winning bid + buyer's premium (10% Standard, lower for Premium members) + 10% consumption tax on the combined amount. Use the fee simulator above to know your exact cost before you bid.
Bid rules differ by auction type
Premium Auction — you can raise, lower, or cancel before closing. Value Auction — cancellation is not permitted; you may only raise your bid. Real-Time Auction — modifications and cancellations are allowed until the end time.
Invoices are generated automatically
After the auction closes, won bids appear highlighted in green on your Bid page. Invoices are auto-generated after midnight Japan time and are accessible under Dashboard → Auction Orders.
Highest bid does not always win
Every item has a Reserve Selling Price. If no bid meets the reserve, the item is not sold — regardless of bid level. Brand and Real-Time Auctions are closed; only final results are revealed after closing.
Allow 3–5 days for dispatch
After payment, your item goes through authentication and quality check before packing — approximately 3–5 business days. Transit typically takes 7–15 business days. Tracking is updated in your account once the courier collects.
